Love Live! School Idol Collection Rulesheet and Playmat Scanlation, 2021

Fanmade scanlation of the rule sheet, playmat, and logo for the Japanese-only Love Live! School Idol Collection card game by Bushiroad. Print-ready PDFs of these are available on my SIC website, https://llsic-en.carrd.co/ for free.
There was a .pdf version of the Japanese rule sheet from the original version of the game that was not flattened -- this was invaluable for proper placements, sizing, colors and pattern swatches.

The sheet was translated to English using Google Translate on the raw Japanese text, alongside information from Heart of the Cards' rules translation and official gameplay videos with the cast of Love Live! Sunshine!!. The left side of the first rulesheet is generally unchanged from the original as far as content is concerned, though some placements had to be modified to fit English text. I added further clarification on concepts that players I tested the game with had trouble with to the How to Play section. The Sukukore Q&A was greatly expanded to include card actions that were added to the game after the creation of the rule sheet.
New rules that were created after Heart of the Cards ended translation support for the game, as well as additional clarifications I needed to add in order for non-Love Live fans to better understand the game, necessitated an additional rule sheet. Having the original raw rule sheet pdf was indispensable for this, as I was able to reuse assets for a cohesive design between the two sheets. Assets from the Love Live! School Idol Festival All Stars website and Idol Story were used to create the character and group list. I inserted my own card scans to be able to better-explain new card features, as the School Idol Collection website only provides low-res images. The Aqours chibis at the bottom were taken from Love Live! School Idol Festival to provide visual consistency with the original rule sheet.
The starter deck playmat was the simplest to modify, as it also had an unflattened .pdf file available. Using its logo asset, I was able to recreate the School Idol Collection logo in English.

The School Idol Collection logo uses Carat by Fontworks and Synthek LDR by Neoqueto. Text on the rulesheets and playmat is in VAG Rundschrift Bold and VAG Rundschrift Black. Copyright text uses H-LiCuHei.
