Ruby and Sapphire Dance, 2015

Made in 2015.

Watercolor and marker. The background is a bit of a happy accident -- the marker I was using to line with ended up smudging around, so I extended it to feather out around the characters. Photoshop was used to fix contrast and scanner dirt.
I don't usually try to show art this old, but it remains a favorite among customers and always sells out. I have a soft spot for it myself!
